This Privacy Policy describes how Calm Spark Web Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit calmspark.io(the "Site"). If you have questions, email us at contact@calmspark.io.
Information we collect
Information you provide (contact form). If you submit our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, RCFE or facility name (if provided), plan interest, and your message. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam; Turnstile may process technical data related to that verification. Submissions are sent to our email inbox through our email provider so we can respond to you.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4). When our environment is configured with a Google Analytics 4 measurement ID, we load Google Analytics 4using Google's standard analytics scripts. GA4 may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP), device and browser type, and interactions on the Site. Google's privacy materials explain how they process data: refer to Google's Privacy Policy. If no measurement ID is configured, GA4 scripts are not loaded.
Cookies and similar technologies. GA4 may use cookies or similar storage to recognize browsers and remember session-related information. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
How we use information
- To respond to contact form inquiries and operate our business.
- To understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are viewed) and improve content.
- To protect the Site and reduce spam or abuse.
Sharing and processors
We use service providers to run the Site and our operations. Depending on how you interact with us, data may be processed by providers such as Google (Analytics), Cloudflare (Turnstile and related infrastructure), our hosting platform, and our email delivery provider when you contact us. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention
We keep contact inquiries as long as needed to respond and manage our client relationships, unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics configuration and Google's settings.
Your choices
You may use browser controls to block or delete cookies. Google offers an optional browser add-on for opting out of Google Analytics in supported browsers; see Google's documentation for details. You may also contact us at contact@calmspark.io with privacy-related requests.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
